This page is about this website: what we measure, what happens when you book, and who to ask about it.
What this site measures
Umami is an analytics tool we host ourselves. It counts visits and shows which pages get read. It sets no cookies, it cannot follow you to other websites, and it never tells us who you are — only that a visit happened.
Cloudflare serves this website and, on our current plan, also runs its own Real User Measurement on every page. That records how quickly pages load, not anything about you personally. It is switched on at Cloudflare and is not added by this site's own code.
Booking an appointment
This site takes no bookings and no payments itself. Booking links hand you to a third-party system with its own privacy rules. Anything you type there goes to them, not to this website.
Asking us about your information
Call or come in and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form to fill in.
